The tire size is 205 CM high from the rim, 65 CM tread width, and 16 inch rim. The R designates the tire as a steel belted radial. You can go with a little taller and wider. But a taller tire or different size rim will throw off the speedometer and may set an ABS trouble code. Hope that helps! Jim
