Misfire in engine

My car is having misfire in its 2nd cylinder
Service engine soon light is also blinking

It is 4 cylinder It does not misfire everytime though When switch it on after the gap of 10 hrs it misfires,and check engine light starts flashing Then after reaching the running temperature light goes off Even the car does not misfires. Whenever I switch it on again after the gap of 10 hrs,it repeats I changed the spark plugs I have got done fuel injector flushing I think this time I need to replace the ignition coil
