Does the radio has anything to do with dashboard and tail lights?

My dealer got the radio to play then my service vehicle soon light came on
,and I have no tail lights or dashboard lights, All the fuses and bulbs has been
checked and changed, What could be my problem?

A wire could have been shorted or cut when they worked on your radio. This would cause the current to go to something else or result in your tail lights to not work

Thanks I think you may be right, So I need to disconnect the radio and then what do I do?

You need to check the wires in the harness and ensure that every one that comes out of the connector that attaches to the radio, is not touching another wire "metal to metal." The wires from the dashboard and tail lights are contacting somewhere and they should not be
