blower vibration

I have a 2004 grand Am   the heater works on all fan settings but i get a mild
vibration the higher i turn it up.  been like this for 2 yrs...Annoying!

Could be the fan is not balanced or chipped. Probably not worth it to have it worked on though. I would just put up with it. Look up on YouTube and c if anyone has done it and if easy?
