Irregular idol

I have a 2004 Pontiac grand am v6 and when I’m
in park or drive idol the engine feels like it’s gonna
die but never dies. The rpm goes doesn’t go up
and it shakes my car. What could cause this?
Spark plugs?

Dirty idle air control valve or throttle body? Clogged fuel lines or injectors? Lots of possibilities. Start with top 2.
