Cooling fans stoped working

My fans wires were piggy backed to the
inside fuse box dont remember which 2 they
had it ion. My radio stopped working so that
when i opened the fuse box inside and saw
the mess. Can u tell me if its ok to do that.
And can you tell me which fuses to piggy
back off. Please help a single mom fix it.

Not a good idea to piggy back because engine normally runs in open loop when cold, means it burns more gas. When it reaches temperature, it switches to closed loop and uses less gas. If piggy back, it never reaches temperature. It probably has a bad cooling fan relay or a bad temperature sensor
