How to do a 3.1 to 3.8 engine swap.

I have a 1999 Grand Prix  sedan with a blown up
3.1. Yet has beautiful body. Also have a 2000
Grand Prix Se  with a 3.8 that runs good but looks
like hell. Want to swap motors. How big a job is
this? Is it worth it?

It's a big job. As well as the engine/transmission, a lot of the electronics will be different. You will need the wiring harness and ECU from the donor car. Might even have to change the fuel pump. Plan on dozens of hours and lots of frustrations. Can't imagine a '99 being worth the effort unless you're just totally in love with the car for some reason. When you're all done its still a $1200 car on a good day.
