Wish I could post the picture.. I think I have a broken rear trailing bar..u can see it broke if u look straight in where the rear tire is towards the front.. I hope u understand what I mean.

emergency brake line on it as well wrapped
in a hard plastic wrap.

Yes, that sounds like the emergency brake cable. Broken suspension parts are serious. I doubt that its even safe to drive to the repair shop. If you need to move it it should be towed. Replace the broken part with a new one or a used one before you drive it anywhere.
