I have a stock 99 grand prix gt i know its not
a gtp but how can i get more power or get
more power out the car without adding a
supercharger or breaking the bank so like 5
or 600 in costs

Save your money as the power increase for that amount of money will be insignificant. Spend it on your family.

Without a supercharger, you're not going to make much gains for that little bit of money. If you're able to do the work yourself, you could port and polish the heads, and get rid of the u-bend in the collector pipe to make it breathe better. You'd have money left for a cold air intake, I bet. That would give some decent gains. Down the road, upgrade you're ignition coil pack and sparkplugs, and you're ready to make huge power if you ever put a supercharger on it.
