I Have a 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix GT Coupe with the 3.8 and I have just replaced the spark plugs and wires and it still stumbles right at 4000 rpms , I need some advice Thank You

I agree. I researched the subject, and found that the rev limiter is set at 4050 rpm.

The rev limiter is set at 4000 rpm in park for the Grand Prix. Its a safety so then you don't blow you're engine in park.
