2000 Grand Prix electrical problem

I have a 2000 Grand Prix and sometimes when I turn the
car on both turn signal lights and the high beams light will
be on. My headlights will not turn on and the time flickers
on and off. I know it has to be something with the
electrical system or a fuse but not sure which it is.

It's in the steering wheel ,and it will get worse if you dnt get it looked at and fixed

Ok thanks I will get it looked at as soon as possible. Would you happen to know what in the steering wheel? Just so I can be as specific as possible getting the problem looked at.
