Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When I start the car the ABS light will stay on and the Traction Control OFF light will stay on. If I turn the car off and restart it both will turn off and work fine. Why is this happening intermediately when starting the car.

It has sensors at the wheels which can cause that. A decent code reader should tell you which one. It could be the beginning of a bad wheel bearing.

Rear abs wires got snagged on tree limbs or front wires from Cradle to hub bearing shorting out after you turn it off you jiggled the wire enough to go out on 2nd start
