I have a 2001 gtp but the supercharger is not engaging, just put a new belt on, does anyone know if there is a fuse or something

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The supercharger will not engage.  Is there a fuse or a power source to make it work?

Make sure all is electrical connections are connected correctly. Did you connect the "waste gate" to the engine vacuum source ? Check all fuses in the fuse block (if the car was originally built with a supercharger). If your just adding it on to the car there is electrical connections that need to be made, vacuum connections that need to be made and is the ECU programmed correctly ?
