Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Car takes in 10g of air at idle (Normal is 3g)

Runs Really Rich. (8 MPG)

Idles at 1600-2300 RPM and while driving sometimes goes up to 4000 to
slightly speed up. (The Car will just rev until it hits a certain amount before it
accelerates.)

We think is an electrical issue. Something is "telling" the car to add air and fuel for no reason.

Found it, Harness for MAF was bad and vaccum leak in the hose by battery. It was taking in air instead of whatever that hose would.
