The best product out on the market is the 3M headlight restore kit. It is a foam polishing pad that you put on the end of a corded drill and you use 3 or 4 different grit sanding pads to polish the head light and get all of the scratches out. when your done your head light will look brand new. to do a good job it will take about 20 min per head light but trust me it works.... you can pick this item up at your local Autozone for under 20 bucks
