How do I adjust my headlights down

Just replaced both headlight assemblies  Shine in the trees

If they are low raise them up if they are high lower them

I'm having the same problem. where is the vertical screw to adjust the headlights??? I have the horizontal screw..but the right headlight shines in the trees Also, what would cause dark shadow spots in the headlights beam?
