First check the fuses. Next locate your blower motor. Usually under the glove box. Turn your fan on to high. Rap on the bottom of the blower motor with a heavy ratchet. If it suddenly comes to life, you will need to replace the motor with a new one. It may run a day or two until you get the new one. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4edK8fa-Ypg

Check fuses first as has been suggested. After that I'm going to say most likely the resistor. Did it fail gradually with low or high speed going first followed by the other speeds? That's typical resistor failure.
