Car starts to sputter hard at 4000 RPM

Why does my car sputter hard when i
reaches 4 RPM?

It may have something to do with the traction control. Make sure it is off. It limits the rpm for getting traction. One other thing I ran into is there is a air flow valve in the exhaust that may be bad.

And the car has a factory set rev limiter which is probably kicking in. So its likely perfectly normal for that car.
