What's the best transmission fluid to use? I
went to Walmart and ask the guys in the
auto department for help he sold me Dexron
VI and Mercon LV transmission fluid.I sent
my son to go get more and the guy sold him
Mercon V. Same car same info. I almost put
this in my car. Can Mercon V be used or
mixed with the previous transmission fluids?

The Dexron VI and Mercon LV transmission fluid was all one quart.Should I not use that anymore? Just use the Dexron VI for now on?

If this were my car I would avoid multi purpose fluids and stick to the correct stuff.
