Is the rpm high for this speed?

Going at 75mph the rpm is at 2
and it stays unless I accelerate or
brake by the picture is it the rpm
high or normal? And  the
odometer is stuck where would I
find the wires?

2K RPMs at 75 MPH is pretty much where it should be without knowing anything else about your car. Sorry, I can't help you with your odometer problem.

I think the odometer is controlled by the body module although I'm not sure. If it is the module its definitely not worth repairing on a car that old.
