Wrong coolant

I have a 2002 grand Prix and I put green coolant in
it by a mistake when I should have used Dex cool..I
filled the resovoir..

No big deal. The rumors of them turning to goo is false. If it were my car I would flush out the Dex cool and use regular coolant. https://www.quora.com/How-quickly-do-Green-Ethelyne-Glycol-and- Orange-Dex-Cool-Coolants-react

No. If you read the bottle that the coolant came in it should say it is safe for aluminum.
