Good news ... your anti-theft system is working /// now you need at least 1 good working key to program the replacement key you had cut .... if you don't have a working key then a locksmith or dealer can help

I have a working key. Would you happen to have a video link to how i can program the replacement?

you can look for a lock smith but you'll end up at the dealer ship . They could cut the key from the VIN # and then they would program the transponder . Mine was only $22** , don't fear the dealer .

Enter your car and insert your key into the ignition. Cycle the key in the ignition to the "On" position and leave it in that position for 10 minutes and 30 seconds. Cycle the key back "Off" within 45 seconds. Repeat Steps 2 and 3 two more times, and then cycle the key back to the "On" position. Hold the key in the "On" position for five seconds, and use the key to start the car to end the process.
