Crank, no start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair
So I recently swapped an N/a 3800 series 2 for the supercharged engine,
every plug is connected except the front o2 sensor(need extended
connector), the fuel rail/injectors/connectors are connected, all of the
grounds are good, starter works and engages, fuel pressure is good, I think
spark is good. I also did a security re-learn because I swapped the PCM too.
It acted as if it was going to start, then cut off and it just cranks when I turn
the key. can someone assist me with this?

Check to see if the fuel injectors are actually working. If not, it could still be the security system not functioning. https://newrockies.
I have the HD transmission/axle too. I know I didn't hook the wrong things up because I did the research on what I needed for the swap. There was only one sensor I had to pin into the PCM(supercharger bypass valve connection)and they are numbered so you can't mess up. I just checked and the fuel rail is leaking at the pressure relief valve. I checked it for pressure, lots of pressure, then as I put the cap back on, I noticed fuel still coming through the threads so i put a rag on it. I will do another security relearn, if it doesn't work will take the rail back off and check the injectors. Oh yeah, I also forgot to remove the 89 octane and put 91 in the tank, would that mess up the injectors?
Did you get rid of the two stage fuel pump and put in the single stage one that matches your engine and your electronics? You've got fuel, so that doesn't seem like the problem at the moment, but it likely will be once you get underway.
And no, the octane rating will have no effect on what you're doing. And I misread your original post. You've put in the supercharged engine in place of the naturally aspirated one, right? In that case, the fuel pump advice still applies only its the two stage you need to replace the single stage one that came with the car.
**UPDATE**I already changed the fuel pump to match the s/c engine, I know that wasn't the problem because as soon as I installed it, it did what it was suppose to do. I FOUND THE PROBLEM LOL, I removed the injectors for testing to find out they pulsed, but did't spray any cleaner out so looks like I can get the 42 lb injectors and my PCM tuned by ZZP. THANKS FOR THE RESPONSES, THEY WERE HELPFUL;)
