My a/c compressor pully froze up on my 2003
pontiac grand prix ordered New part was told I had
to pull the whole motor do I have to ?? Or can I
get a smaller belt and bypass my a/c

No, you can't bypass it. You'll need either a new one or a used one from an auto wrecker.
