I need help with my car.

I have a 04 Pontiac Grand Prix it's has the code
multiple misfire I replaced all 3 coil packs, plugs
and wires the car as no power and runs rough any
help would be appreciated

Did your repairs clear the codes it was throwing? If it did, are there any new ones showing up? Check your work to make sure you did not leave a vacuum line off or a sensor lead unplugged. Another thing to consider is whether your cat converter is not plugged. Hope this helps.

What code was it. What did you discover when you researched what the code means? Scan it again as has been suggested.
