Do I have a cracked radiator?

Asked by taylormade711 Jun 29, 2014 at 12:31 PM about the 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix Base

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I just refilled the dex-cool in my car and now it is leaking inside of my car on passenger
side. I'm not sure what the problem is. Its not leaking outside of the car and my coolant
light isn't on.

Check to see if the heater hoses are leaking where they connect to the heater core. On some vehicles a leak at the heater hoses can find it's way inside and make you think the heater core is bad. Unfortunately, the most common failure IS the heater core.
