My daughter just called and her 2005 pontiac
grand prix acts haunted the wipers run door locks
lock and unlock head lights flash and the car is
turned off and key taken out had to unhook battery
to get it to stop soon as you hook it back uo it still
does all of that any help would be awesome

I would bet the body control module went bad. See if you can find a fuse marked BCM and remove it, Does that help if yes open wallet on the way to the dealer. Most independent shops won't have the software to program the new one after installation but you can check

Since its an older car even the dealer might be willing to install a used part. Shouldn't be hard to find and will likely save you a bunch of money. And think about the overall value of the car before you get too carried away fixing it. Its an old car, that's probably not all that's wrong with it.
