IF YOU PUT BARS LEAK IN THE ENGINE OR TRANSMISSION. YOU JUST PLUG UP THE ENGINE OR TRANS. THE FLUID HOLES ARE SO SMALL. DRAIN THE BARS STOP LEAK REPLACE THE BAD GASKET AND FILL UP THE ENGINE OR TRANS WITH THE CORRECT FLUID. NEVER USE BARS LEAK.

Any stop leak Product is bad news! Transmission stop leak swells the seals and thickens the transmission fluid so the fluid won't flow through the tiny passages in the valve body of the transmission. Engine cooling system stop leak will usually clog up the passages in the engine cooling system and heater core causing the coolant to not flow through the system correctly and you will have no heat in the passenger's compartment either because the heater core, which is like a small radiator, will be clogged up! Let this be a lesson to you! Stay away from all stop leak Products after this!! Hope that helps! Jim
