Car. Running hot. Replace the both hose put a water
pump on it. Put a new radiator in. The want screw down
tighten. Like it were on on one. New cap and all. Also put
a new thermostat

I also bleed the line from the thermostat. Sitting not running hot. Later on. On my way to work it's hot. Sometime the heat hand move up stay there the fan comes on. And everything.

take your automobile down to your local shop and the technician should be able to diagnose the problem with the malfunctioning cooling system

Sounds like there's air still trapped in the system. You might need a shop to drain and refill it using a vacuum tool to remove the air. Sorry to hear you spent all that money on it without finding the problem first.
