What can this problem be

I have a 2005 Grand Prix GTP that cuts off
while I’m driving and takes a minute to start
back up. I have changed the battery the
Alternator and fuel pump

You probably have a loose or corroded connection in the ignition system or a component that is going to die soon. See if the car has thrown any codes for ideas for where to start. If no codes, investigate components that should be energizing the spark plugs. If this car has a distributor, check things like the cap and rotor. Also coils could cause this.
