Bought a car from a dealer on your web site FAMILY MOTORCARS OF OHIO I asked while inquiring before the purchase if there was a working cd in the car they said yes a cd and a cassette I purchased the car and the cd was broke do I have any recourse ? They keep telling me they will help me with the problem but time is passing and if I dont call them they dont call me about the matter. What can I do ?
