heater is pushing out cold air on 06 Pontiac Grand Prix. what could be the issue

it use to put out warm not hot heat once it warmed up, now its only putting out cold

could be a thermostat issue. check your antifreeze level also. if you put your hand on the hose coming off the motor that goes into the dash area and it's cold, your thermostat is stuck.
