Passenger door panel

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

A friend of mine broke her passenger mirror. I know it's an easy install, but I'm not familiar with the door panels. Can anyone tell me
how to remove the interior door panel so I can get to the screws for the mirror?

Thanks in advanced.

There should be like a plastic "rivet" around the outside that can be poped out with a spical tool or a pair of needle pliers. On the window crank, theres a clip on the back side.Screws on the arm rest and in sure a few hidden.

I'm aware of the rivets that are most likely around the interior trim of the panel. My main concern is to know where exactly are the screws located. I have power windows so there's no crank involved. The panel has no obvious screw or other exterior attachments as in some other cars. I'm wondering if there's a plastic trim or cover that's hiding the screws or attachments?
