The sound made by the directional signals is mechanical and does not come from your speakers. There is a relay under your dash that turns the lights on and off and it also produces the "click" you here when they are operating. Some relays are quieter than others and some produce no sound at all. If you want the noise, buy a new relay for under $5 and replace it.

I have a Pontiac Montana 2009 with the same issue and the sound is not a "click" from a relay, it is actually a sound from a buzzer. The flashing relay is under the hood beside the engine and it is impossible to hear this relay from the driver seat.

Are you able to show me a picture where is located please ?

The turn signal relay is beside the engine under the hood. There is a drawing with the location in the user's manual. It does not have anything to do with the turn signal sound. We still need a solution for this.
