Did you check the window relay, I think it located in the fuse box...
I had exactly this same problem, and after my "colorful metaphores" I found that the wire that supplies power to the windows was broken. This wire is in the harness that runs along side of the Passenger seat. It sits in a through under the carpet. The sand and water that seep in there was a great sandpaper and wore thru the insulation and the wire. I only where it was by pulling the fuse, installing a small wire into one side of the fuse holder, and putting a signal generator on the wire and following the signal until I lost it between the Passenger seat and the roof post. Pulled up the carpet, found the break, cut out the bad wire and soldered in a new piece...and the windows have worked ever since.

What is the fuse labeled as for these rear vent windows?? I have a 2005 Pontiac Montana SV6 and not a single fuse is labeled rear windows or rear vent windows or vents. Same question applies for the control relay-- there is not one labeled for these rear windows. You tell me what the terminology is in the label Legend on the fuse/relay box cover.
