keeps running hot

I have change out every thing to do with the water and still running hot. some one said to bleed the air out of the water I look but cant find wear to bleed the air out can you help. thanks

To bleed the air out of the cooling system all you need to do is start the engine with the radiator pressure cap off, heater in the vehicle on high, and allow it to reach full operating temperature. This will allow the thermostat to open and let any trapped air in the cooling system out.
