what would or could pulling the codes on my 1990 corvette cause the engine not to start and module 4 to show an error code

my 1990 chevrolet corvette was left idling for 20 minutes and buried the
needle into the hot side shut off then 20 min went to crank it sputtered and
shut off after that i drove it a couple of times and it ran fine then i had a
temp gauge not working repaired that and also replaced the temp sensor
then had problem with something draining battery dead within a couple of
hours still dont know what the problem is there but between these issues all
within a week the power seat drivers side button sparked and burnt up.  
well had someone pull codes one code was serial data failure on air climate
control system, another is code 41 ecm communication failure now system
4 shows err and car will not crank at all nor does the theft deterent system
does not work either and it was working before could messing with the
codes cause these problems if not what could have gone wrong everything
was fine until all of the above please help
