Not a fuel problem, new fuel filter, fuel pump charges the line, plugs are getting fuel and comming out wet.

Changed the ignition coil pack and spark plug wires yesturday with no luck. Plugs are still not firing when pulled out and set against a ground there's no spark.

what could be the possible problems?
