What are the most efficient ways to improve performance on this vehicle?

My 2001 Imprexa Limited runs well but I would like to get more performance without putting a fortune into the car. However a few hundred is another matter. Caan you suggest the best parts to achieve my quest?   Thank You ! ! ! D.C.Hart @ injunjoe003@comcast.net
