Question type: General

Mine says Z07 on the back bumper by the Lt-1.  Convertable.
What does it mean?
Thanks

not exactly sure what the difference is with that trim, but Z07 was a performance package.

The Z07 package was a high-performance option. It included thicker stabilizer bars front and rear as well as larger brake pad assemblies on the disc brakes. Stronger spring were usually included too. Also, it was only available with Engine upgrades and a 4-speed transmission.

The z07 comes with a 6 speed transmission. I own one of 798.

How do you know if you purchased a car with the Z07 package? I purchased a used car that appears to have many of the upgrades included in the Z07 package but I do not know if it is a true Z07.
