How can I put the front license plate on my 1995? I live in CA and I concerned about being ticketed.

Question type: General

The corvette plate is on the front of my car where the license plate should go.  How do I put a license plate on the front?

Hello I just moved from Massachusetts, and they require front plates there as well. Sigh... Anyway, here is a link to somebody who has created some pretty sharp-looking front plates for Corvettes: http://www.topflightrepro.com/ I hope this helps! CarGrrl

You can remove the front Corvette plate by removing two small screws that attach it to the front fascia. You will find the front license plate bracket under there, which was hidden by that Corvette plate. You might want to acquire from Chevrolet (or elsewhere) the front license plate trim piece. While you can attach the license plate directly to the bracket, the trim piece is essentially a license plate frame and gives your front fascia with license plate a more finished look.
