Drive your "sick" sled down to your local Chevy Dealership. Go into the parts store area and ask to look at the books on Chevy Crate engines, There you'll find as much HP as you want and it also will tell you if it can go into your Corvette. There will also be a listing of what can be used and what you'll need to go with the swap. Or go to a speed / engine rebuild shop and tell them to have a go at it. A rebuild is cheaper and you know everything will fit. Make sure the rebuild shop knows what they are doing.
