I listed my vehicle and someone made me a counter offer without even seeing or driving my vehicle.  How does this transaction work exactly?

That all makes sense. Fortunately we're only talking a few thousand so I'll tell them I want cash up front. Mannn.....I hate selling cars almost as much as I hate buying them.
