The aluminum head will have to have a Heil-coil put in place. It is made from stainless steel, and will last a lifetime.Any local garage can put one in, or you can do it yourself if you know how to tap a threaded hole. Cost of the kit, about $30 dollars, labor if you can't do the job yourself.........about $300-$500 dollars. Any good parts store will carry the kit, use some grease to keep the metal chips from falling into the cylinder. Good Luck....Dobermann

This same thing happened to my 95 legacy and after doing some research I had found that a helix coil was the easiest solution it took about 2 hours and worked excellent. And if you get stuck i searched youtube and found how to videos. Oh and an air compressor with a tube also helps getting the shavings out of the cylinder.
