It's not a lemon, but it is a 13 year old car that obviously has some electrical
problems. Sounds like more than fuses to me, but if it is fuses, yes they are a
totally big deal. If they fail you have no power. And if they fail something is
making them fail so just replacing them won't likely fix your problem. Why are you
replacing the same parts over and over? If it didn't fix the problem the first time it
won't the second and third time. Check that all electrical connections are tight
including all the various grounds on the car. There are several and they all need
to be tight and clean. Scan it for trouble codes. There may be information stored
in the computer that will help. If that goes beyond your skill level find a shop that
specializes in auto electrical problems and spend a few dollars on some proper
diagnostics. That's way cheaper in the long run than randomly replacing parts and
hoping for the best, plus, when its all over with you'll be able to drive your car
again. Good luck.
