What’s causing my car to stall

The car would stall when driving it seems to do it
when I’m slowing down/ down shift or turning but
would start up. Currently it’s happing but won’t
start back up

You should have a check engine light on lit up on the dash, right? If so, you can scan for the trouble codes to determine why the car is stalling.

If by those descriptions you mean that it won't hold a clean idle then start by removing the air intake plenum and thoroughly spray-cleaning the throttle body bore, especially scrubbing the top and bottom "rings" while holding the butterfly vertically with a gloved hand. Then check plugs for the heck of it. Small chance you need that $15 water temp sensor underneath where you just cleaned, but that usually affects cold-starting more than lost warm idle. Report back.
