my fusable link keeps blowing what is causing that?

keeps blowing, radio fades in and out speedometer goes out same with tach.

Fusible link that blows is getting too much current passed through it. You need to find out what circuits the link protects and figure out what device or wiring fault is causing the over current blowing the link. On some vehicles it is the alternator, but I am not that familiar with Subaru.
