Cooling issues

I got my 99 legacy outback limited stuck in some
deep mud last night and it had to be pulled out.
Now the engine bay fans won't start consistently
and a hose connected to the engine is hissing
when i stop.

Bravo. Spray clean everything and then check to see which harnesses got yanked accidentally when tugging. You DO want those fans working....
