Is someone pumping the master cylinder to create pressure? http://www.dummies.com/home-garden/car-repair/brakes- bearings/how-to-bleed-your-brakes/
Did you bleed the master cylinder? If so, It's possible you have air in the line. Check the bleeders, make sure the are not clogged. You may try filling the master cylinder, loosen the bleeders, and let it sit for 30-45 minutes. It will self bleed if there is an air pocket.
Bleeder not clogged I loosened the line from the abs pressed the brake fluid shoots but then hook it back up and unhook where the line meets hose press brake and get barley a drip!!
Review your bleeding procedure and make sure you are doing it correctly. You may need a rebuilt wheel cylinder or master cylinder.
