car stall while running

car engine dies at any speed even backing up out of driveway. no signs of any malfunction. diagnostics checks clear except for possible anti theft system issue. once off i try to restart and there is only a click sound. i wait about 15 seconds and car restarts perfectly. no dash lights stay on.

Sound like a loose or dirty connection. I would inspect, clean and tighten all battery connections. Also tighten and clean the negative connections on the frame and motor. I would specially focus on the negative battery, frame and motor connections.
